Narcissist

Loving a narcissist is like a trip to hell and the journey is one that you'll never be able to forget, always etched in your memory.

Not only does it scar you for life but it leaves such an indelible mark that you felt cheated , taken for granted, feel worthless, losing all hope in yourself and in your life.

They all spin such tales that you are caught in the whirlwind and later come crashing to the ground. The hurt that comes later adds insult to the injury and you realize you are being taken for a ride by a narcissist.

It becomes so difficult to stay but it also becomes so difficult to leave.

In this relationship you are made to feel such a loser that you lose your zest for life. You are blamed for all the drama not to mention the ghosting and gaslighting that does even more damage and you feel sorry for yourself.

After the drama they come to you all loving as if nothing had happened, deep inside plotting for another bout of it. The drama makes the adrenaline rush in their veins and gives them such a high that they are always wanting more and you feel all bruised inside and are looking only for excuses to feel better.

They have a way with words and they will make you do their bidding if not through these words, then through the drama sucking your life force out of you.

So I can sum up my situation through the lyrics of "Narcissist" by Lauren Spencer Smith.
